Return & Refund Policy

Eligible for replacement (no return required): Disc will not play at all / Severe freezing that makes the film unwatchable / Wrong title sent by our mistake. |

If we sent the wrong title, the correct disc will be shipped immediately at no extra cost. |

Disc will not play on a specific player only — please test on a computer or another player first. If the disc plays on a computer, the issue is with the player's laser head, not the disc. This is not covered under warranty. |

Claims are accepted within 365 days from the date of dispatch. |
|
Maximum 1 claim per order. Please check all discs upon receipt and report any issues as soon as possible. |

For claims of 3 or more discs, we may request that the discs be returned for inspection before a replacement is sent. |

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning items to us for inspection. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item sent back to you. |

Option A — Claim with a new order (recommended, no extra shipping cost) When placing a new order, fill in the claim details in the "Claim" field on the address page — tick the checkbox, then provide your Order ID, product code, and a clear description of the defect. We will include your replacement disc with the new shipment at no additional charge. Claims submitted without a detailed description of the defect cannot be processed — we need to verify the issue before sending a replacement. |

Option B — Claim without a new order Submit your claim via the online form: Submit a claim here Replacements sent under this option are shipped by EMS with a fee of 50 THB per claim. |
